As an HR Assistant, you must exhibit proactive behavior and possess exceptional time-management and multitasking skills. Your diligence and competence in your role will allow our HR manager to dedicate more attention to their managerial duties. This role requires someone with strong administrative skills, a good understanding of HR practices, and the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Handle all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests promptly and professionally.

  • Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.

  • Update records of new staff and ensure all employee information is current in the HR database.

  • Address employee complaints promptly and professionally to ensure all employees feel safe and cared for at the company.

  • Assist the HR manager with formulating policies, procedures, and changes, and ensure all updates are communicated effectively to employees.

  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices to ensure the company's HR operations are current and effective.

  • Update the human resources database with new rental information, divisions, holidays, and sick leaves.

  • Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

  • Help maintain and update HR policies and procedures as needed.

Requirements and skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar role.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skill .

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
