Overview
Luxair is a key and responsible player as well as a major employer in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and the surrounding Greater Region. The company has been active for over 50 years in four aviation-related activities: passenger air transport, tour operating, airport services and air freight handling.
For our department E-Commerce within LuxairAirlines, we are looking for an E-Commerce intern.
Details
Main duties:
- Participate actively in ongoing e-Commerce projects (websites, mobile app, social media…)
- Be involved in sales campaigns, e-CRM actions and social media management
- Support Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and online content improvements
- Support Search Engine Marketing (SEM) strategy and analytics
- Support Google analytics & data analysis from a sales perspective
- Manage client complaints and issues, maintain quality control of digital channels
- Editorial & copywriting support for websites and sales actions
- Participate in benchmarking & market studies to derive new online sales opportunities
- Support E-Commerce team and serving as a backup when necessary.

Required profile:
- Must be a self-starter with energy, drive and determination to accomplish goals and demonstrated ability to multi-task, set priorities, stay focused, keep work quality
- Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategy and best practices
- Strong understanding of data & statistics, analytics and sales
- Excellent oral and written communications skills, very good editing skills
- Fluent in English, German and/or French is considered an asset (any further language, i.e. Portuguese, Italian or Spanish, is a plus).
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Power Point.
