Responsibilities
According to the applicable frameworks (including the LuxSE’s Rules,Regulations and the Prospectus Act), your responsibilities will be:
- Handling requests for the admission to listing and trading of securities;
- Performing the analysis of prospectuses;
- Conducting compliance checks, including AML and KYC;
- Managing the approval of prospectuses in relation to issuers and financial products;
- Acquiring the ability to support – as a subject matter expert – the commercial teams in client meetings, when and if needed.

Requirements and skills
- Minimum a bachelor’s degree in relevant subject matter, including finance, economics, accounting
- Eagerness and ambition to learn a unique profession
- A strong interest in financial instruments and capital markets
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally internally and with customers
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Organised, rigorous with strong analytical skills
- Ability to manage priorities and respect deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French. Very good command of German is an asset (in particular, reading)
