Indulge your passion 

  • in organizing and gathering CRM assets (Images / Videos)  from content platforms and teams, while steering agencies for image editing
  • in supporting asset consistency alignment with other channels and E-commerce
  • in maintaining the quality of Automated Customer Journey and checking product availability
  • in handling Market requests for ad-hoc communications
  • in handling the translations process for market localization
  • in developing benchmark analysis for best-in class CRM communications inside and outside the industry for new potential campaign ideas
  • in helping to execute and maintain content of data capture landing pages
  • in supporting on extraction and conciliation of reports from different sources

Description of Ideal Candidate

You’ll have

  • an ongoing bachelor's or master's degree in the fields of Management, Economics and Marketing or you are in your gap year in between 
  • a passion for client experience and retention. Proactivity and hands-on attitude is essential
  • a problem-solving mindset with excellent knowledge of MS Office products, especially in Powerpoint and Excel
  • fluent English skills, any other language is a plus
