An exciting opportunity exists for a talented intern to join our newly created luxury travel brand Explora Journeys and to assist in the coordination of strategic commercial projects. This an ideal role for someone eager to learn about commercial strategy, project management, and the operations of a newly created luxury cruise company. This role is based in the office out of our Headquarters in Geneva.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Support the coordination of cross-functional projects, ensuring all stakeholders are clear on deliverables and deadlines
- Assist in all meetings related to commercial strategies, collaborating closely with the President and commercial teams.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials for meetings and do any necessary follow-ups
- Collect successes and examples of best practices across our commercial teams
- Help manage communication between the President and internal teams, ensuring efficient information flow.

QUALIFICATIONS (skills, competencies, experience)
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
- Interest in commercial strategy, project management, and the luxury travel industry
- Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; knowledge of French or other European languages is a plus.
- Master the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Positive ‘can-do’ attitude, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.
VISA REQUIREMENTS (if any)
- Starting from January or February 2025
- Right to work in Switzerland
- Must have internship convention/agreement with University
