As Communications Trainee, you will support our Employee Engagement Team. You will have to deliver engaging content to create a strong Company Culture.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Supports day-to-day internal engagement initiatives and campaigns to ensure the Company's culture, values and objectives are clearly communicated to MSC Cruises employees both on shore and ashore.
- Creates and delivers content for Internal Communications & social media channels that enables the implementation of the Employee Engagement strategy, considering current Company's global goals as well as in-market business objectives.
- Works with internal stakeholders to deliver relevant and high-value Employee Engagement and Internal Communications initiatives.
- Assists the Employee Engagement Team in promoting internal communications' best practices globally and manages key relationships with both global and in-market colleagues and communications peers.
- Is actively involved in the continuous improvement of Internal Communications channels, with a core focus on the Company's global Intranet.
- Takes a hands-on approach in supporting the Employee Engagement Team in supporting the further.

QUALIFICATIONS (skills, competencies, experience)
- High/Native Level of English - strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Studying a degree preferably in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations. (Internship Agreement required).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
- 6-Month Internship: School Agreement is mandatory, Start date in Jan/Feb 2025.
