Public Relations Team
MVRDV is looking for a Public Relations intern to join our dynamic global team in Rotterdam. As an integral part of our communications team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our public image and amplifying our brand's presence. During your internship, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in the exciting world of public relations, while contributing to the success of a renowned architectural firm.
Responsibilities
- Media Liaison: Respond to media inquiries and requests for interviews or presentations.
- Content Creation: Support creating engaging content for publications, presentations, and company brochures.
- Press Clipping Management: Organize and maintain a database of press clippings to track media coverage.
- Event Planning: Assist in organizing and coordinating speaker events, press conferences, and other public relations activities.
- Pitching and Promotion: Support developing and pitching press releases and other promotional materials to generate positive media coverage.
- Social Media Engagement: Assist in managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and interacting with followers to promote the company's brand and values.

Job requirements
We’re looking for a full-time (40 hours/week) finance intern to join us from March 1st to August 31st, 2025, for an exciting 6-month internship. More specifically:
- Excellent verbal and written English. Dutch, French, or other languages from our core markets (German, Chinese) are a plus.
- You need to be cooperative and always adopt a positive can-do approach in your work.
- You are able to work in a structured and outcome-focused way.
- You like to work in a fast-paced scaling company with many deadlines.
- Preferably you have some experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (especially InDesign, Premiere Pro, Photoshop) and/or CapCut, plus social media.
- Creative and motivated with strong communicative skills.
- Are enrolled as a student (bachelor or master in Marketing, Public Relations, or Communication) for the entire duration of the internship (we’ll ask for proof). Unfortunately, we cannot hire graduates for this role.
- Are authorised to work in the Netherlands (EU nationality or already possessing a VISA that allows an internship in the Netherlands)
