Our Talent Acquisition team partners closely with the business to help Malt grow by recruiting top talent who perfectly match our culture and business ambitions. We are looking for an intern in Talent Acquisition ready to start in January 2025.
Key responsibilities
- Source and Attract Talent: Develop and execute strategies to attract high-quality candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, company website).
- Candidate Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates for future hiring needs.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify talent pools and understand industry trends to enhance sourcing strategies.
- Employer Branding: Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to boost our employer brand and promote job opportunities.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data and analytics to track sourcing metrics and continuously improve recruitment efforts.
- Event Organization: Organize and participate in events such as job fairs, career fairs, and forums to attract top talent.
- Interviewing: Conduct initial screening interviews for intern positions and shadow senior role interviews to gain deeper insights into the recruitment process.
- Candidate Management: Guide candidates through the recruitment process from initial contact to contract signing.

About you
- Currently enrolled in a degree program and looking for a six-month full time internship contract starting in January 2025.
- Highly organized, rigorous, and eager to learn in a dynamic and supportive environment.
- Energetic and excellent in communication, comfortable on telephone and video calls
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or sales is a plus.
- Fluent in French and English, comfortable in an international setting.
