The Business Development Support is looking for an intern. The mission of this department is to support the international commercial development of Median Technologies. The scope is wide: commercial support, administrative management, development of proposals and budgets, contracting with customers, satisfaction surveys… Our future intern will assist several stakeholders in developing proposals, managing contracts with customers, maintaining quality of CRM (Salesforce), internal communication with other departments, conducting satisfaction surveys, regular reporting and KPIs.
Assignments
- Position attached to Business Development Support, under the supervision of the Head of Business Support.
- Management of CRM data quality and integrity (Salesforce) through cleaning processes and internal communications (Follow-up with Business Directors and Project Managers)
- Proposals and Budgets’ development
- Satisfaction survey development and results’ analysis
- Contracting management (signature, communication)
- Reporting and KPIs (Reports and Dashboards on Salesforce)
