Overview

You will be joining a group of incredible engineers with dedication and expertise to deliver hardware and systems needed to build one of, if not the most powerful Power Unit in the world of F1. You will be able to immerse yourself in decades of innovation and the relentless pursuit of performance as we push the boundaries of what is possible.

Details

Your team will ensure the meticulously engineered and machined power unit components are assembled with precision, without fault, and with great repeatability.  Without this function, the power unit as we know it today simply could not have been built.   Your role would not include designing power unit components.

Being agile and fast is crucial as we rapidly develop tools, processes, and products towards the new Power Unit regulation changes for the start of the 2026 championship season.  You’ll have the opportunity to develop your CAD skills in Siemens NX, work with our obligatory Faults System, and liaise with a myriad of divisions across the company: Automation, Engine Build, Project Management and Product Design, to name but a few.

Being involved in our Faults System is an eye-opening experience, where you will be actively involved in determining the root cause of any engine build related issue and reporting on progress as the investigation matures. Ultimately giving closure and confidence that the issue will not stop a Power Unit on the track.

You will also have the opportunity to help build the Internal Combustion Engine, Electric Machines, and Battery Packs, through the tools and process improvements you’ll be delivering.

We will endeavor to give you the most rounded experience possible. In exchange, we’ll be looking for creativity, drive, rigor, and excitement to assure extraordinary work.

You may be a motorsport enthusiast, a technology aficionado, or simply an admirer of perfection, we want you to be part of our history and join the ranks of those who dare to dream and push the art of the possible towards our future success.
