Increasingly volatile energy markets, changing regulatory requirements and the achievement of our ambitious energy targets require the constant further development of the energy strategy and energy management as well as the continuous improvement of energy efficiency at all Mercedes-Benz Cars locations. As a center of competence, the Green Production & Resource Management department is strategically and operationally active across all locations.
The department's core tasks include ensuring sustainable, cost-optimized energy procurement and energy generation, a secure and sustainable energy and media supply for production and ensuring that our energy saving targets are achieved by optimizing energy efficiency and continuously developing the energy management system.

Your tasks in the "Energy Management RD" team at the Sindelfingen site will include in detail:
Participation in the preparation of documents for top management
Implementing the requirements for the energy management system
Coordination and control of energy optimization activities
Planning and conducting workshops on energy optimization
Contributing to the further development of our energy communication strategy
Collaboration in the planning and implementation of training concepts and training courses as well as in the identification and optimization of major consumers and in the profitability analysis of energy efficiency measures
Further development and creation of energy indicators for consumption analysis
Creating and developing energy bills with external and internal customers
Collaboration on official reports such as energy tax, EEG levy and others
Assisting with the implementation of the new energy data system

Degree in business informatics, computer science, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, energy management/energy economics or a comparable course of study
Proficient in written and spoken German and English
