As a key contributor, you'll play a vital role in knowledge management and impactful projects that elevate our global talent acquisition journey.

Your Role:

  • Contribute directly to projects enhancing our recruitment infrastructure and candidate experience.
  • Facilitate engagement and best practice sharing within the global talent acquisition community.
  • Provide support for transversal projects within the Global Talent Acquisition and wider HR team.

Your Profile:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related degree program.
  • Passionate about talent acquisition and driven to make a tangible impact.
  • Thrive in international environments and possess strong intercultural awareness.
  • Data-driven decision maker with a keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Proactive and results-oriented, with a proven ability to achieve objectives efficiently.
  • Excellent English communication skills are essential; French proficiency is a plus.
