We are a passionate team leading the way in AI innovation, committed to driving the rapid adoption of transformative AI applications. Our focus is on developing the technical tools to allow any company to build AI applications that natively interact with their structured databases (tabular or graph databases). Specifically, we develop a modern AI embedding platform to convert any structured database to a vectorstore that can later be combined with classic Machine Learning models for classification, regression or clustering purposes.

Join Neuralk-AI, a fast-growing startup part of the META incubator at Station F.
We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious right-hand CEO intern to assist in the operational and business development efforts of the company. As a key player in our growth, you will gain hands-on experience in running a tech startup and help us scale Neuralk-AI's impact. If you’re entrepreneurial-minded with a keen interest in AI, business strategy, and operations, this role is for you!
Core Responsibilities

Actively contribute to the company’s priority initiatives to accelerate Neuralk-AI’s growth and enhance your own learning curve within a dynamic environment.

Collaborate directly with the CEO to identify and prioritize new markets, strategic partnerships, and revenue opportunities to accelerate the company's growth.

Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to inform business strategy and product development.

Lead outreach initiatives to connect with Chief Data Officers and Chief Digital Officers from target market groups, driving discussions around Neuralk-AI’s solutions.

Create and manage marketing materials, presentations, and content for outreach and engagement (ex: commercial proposals, website, newsletter, Synthesis of the board)

Set up and manage operational workflows to automate operational process (e.g. candidate sourcing, data scraping processes, etc)

Source new suppliers and tools to answer operational needs of the company

Assist CEO in the preparation of board meetings with investors

Participate in strategic discussions and provide data-driven insights to help guide critical business decisions.

Assist in building a high-performing team by refining recruitment strategies and contributing to company culture initiatives.

Assist with daily operational tasks, supporting both founders across various initiatives and projects, Help organize and participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Minimum Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree from a top engineering and/or business school (Ecole Polytechnique, CentraleSupélec, Mines, Ponts, HEC, ESSEC, ESCP, or similar).

Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Strong interest in AI, startups, and business development.

Experience or interest in sales, operations, or project management.

Highly motivated, Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

First experience in Python or another programming language, with an understanding of automation tools and basic development processes.
