Nimble is a lean, late-stage startup and market leader competing in the highly competitive CRM SaaS landscape. Headed by CRM pioneer Jon Ferrara, Nimble is reimagining contact relationship management to help customer-facing professionals like you to network, cultivate relationships, and drive business results at scale.
We believe that service is the new sales, and providing world-class service to all community members is a top priority across all our communication channels.
This position will be based in Santa Monica and managed remotely, so a minimum of one year of office experience is required.
A skills proficiency test will be provided during the interview process.
Responsibilities Community Management & Social Engagement
- Proactively engage in day-to-day interactions, responses and relationship building activities and be a helpful beam of light in Nimble’s social communities.
- Monitor fan engagement and tone across Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, as well as on product review sites such as Capterra and G2Crowd.
- Proactively grow Nimble’s social audience base which consists of product users, friends, partners, influencers, industry leaders, etc.
- Distribute company swag to customers and brand evangelists.
Social Content Creation
- Assist with day-to-day posting and scheduling of Nimble’s content on social media platforms.
- Intelligently develop and compose social headlines that summarize pertinent content concepts, facts, expressions from their originating content.
- Create, source and provide relevant daily content while tracking metrics and monitoring real time relevant conversations. Such as: What do people respond to? What gets them excited? What helps them?
- Create social media editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
- Routinely take community projects and create concise social media deliverables in a way that resonates with fans, customers, partners and press.
- Develop visually appealing social graphics with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
