YOUR TASKS:
- Collaboration in the creation of the Annual Training Plan.
- Organisation of courses and management of subsidies (FUNDAE).
- Support in the elaboration of Development Programmes and Onboarding sessions.
- Creation of new initiatives and training actions focused on development.
- Creation of presentations (Canva and Power Point) and reports (Excel).
- Participation in international projects focused on training and development.

YOUR PROFILE:
- Degree in Law, LADE, Labour Relations, Psychology, Applied Management.
- The degree must be completed or at most 9 credits must be pending.
- To be eligible for the scholarship it will be necessary that no more than 3 years have passed since the completion of the degree or master’s degree or have previously participated in another scholarship.
- Complementary training: Excel, Power Point, Canva.
- Communication skills, creativity, planning, organisation, time management, proactivity.
- Minimum English C1.
