The program
Our International Finance Graduate Program aims for demanding, creative, and smart young graduates who want to thrive in a business that never stops moving.
They will support us at a Group level and within our 5 activities:
- Sustainable Mobility
- Design and interactivity
- Modules and personalization
- Lightning
- New Energies – Hydrogen fuel cells
It provides an immersive experience in OPmobility from day 1.
The program starts with a three-week induction at our HQ (Levallois) with trainings, site visits and activities to meet with your peers before starting your first rotation. The onboarding period also includes dedicated trainings along the way, networking events, and exposure to executive management.
Over two years, you will have the opportunity to take on three different challenging positions of 8 months each. It includes at least one international rotation and three different Business Groups to better understand the OPmobility world. The missions include core finance discipline such as FP&A, Controlling, Accounting, Audit, Financial communication, Treasury, Compliance…
In addition to a deep and thorough understanding of OPmobility, you will be trained across different finance areas to build your future finance career, and a finance director will become your mentor to support your growth within OPmobility.
At the end of your job rotations, you will start performing a role aligned to your interest and the business needs of the Country or Business Group you have been hired in.

To be eligible for the 2025 IFGP you must:
- Have a master’s degree in finance and recognized academic excellence (completed between 1st January 2024 and 31st July 2025)
- Benefit from a first experience in an international environment (professional experience or studies abroad…)
- Be on track for/or have a master’s degree
- Be a career starter with no more than one year of working experience
- Be able to start full time work in September 2025
