JOB DESCRIPTION 

As a trainee within the innovation management organization, you will have the opportunity to work closely with senior program managers on an international developing automotive project.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide support in Innovation Program team, assisting with planning, budgeting, and forecasting sessions
  • Ensure the smooth execution of projects by applying program management methods
  • Contribute to the creation of program presentations, content, and documentation to effectively communicate project objectives and progress
  • Conduct market studies and research 

All of these tasks will be carried out within an international context and are pivotal to our developing projects. They will require active collaboration with an OEM, partners and fellow innovation engineers. Together, we are driven by a shared mission and your enthusiastic involvement will be instrumental in achieving significant and tangible results.

PROFILE

  • Graduate or undergraduate student (BAC+3/4/5) pursuing Master's degree in Business Engineering, Business Administration, Program Management or related field
  • Demonstrates solid aptitude for analytical thinking and scientific result analysis
  • Possesses advanced levels of fluency in English and French
  • Demonstrates curiosity and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Office 365 tools, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Great communication and synthesis abilities
  • Collaborative team player
