What You'll Do

Design AI workflows for due diligence automation (extract key risks from contracts, build scenarios from financials, etc) with our data scientists.

Create complex test cases from real M&A deals (hostile takeovers, carve-outs, LBOs)

Contribute to train our agents to understand deal tactics and industry dynamics

Lead workshops with investment banks and PE funds to crack their specific needs

Build the next-gen playbook for AI-powered M&A
