Overview

Opensee is looking for a dynamic and motivated Marketing & Business Development Intern to support our growth initiatives. Reporting directly to Emmanuel Richard, Chief Growth Officer, this role offers hands-on experience in marketing execution, fieldwork, and business development. This is an exciting opportunity to gain exposure to the fintech and financial services industry while developing critical skills in sales outreach, market analysis, and client engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, including content creation, social media, and event coordination
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and business opportunities
  • Support field marketing initiatives, including event participation, client meetings, and industry networking
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify, qualify, and engage potential clients
  • Assist in prospect outreach, including cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn networking
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with lead data and prospect interactions
  • Analyze campaign and sales performance metrics, providing insights for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support branding, messaging, and go-to-market strategies

About you

Qualifications we value:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong interest in fintech, financial markets, marketing, and business development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and prospecting tools (LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, etc.)
  • Ability to conduct research, analyze data, and present findings concisely
  • Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior Marketing, Sales, and/or Business Development experience is a plus
  • Fluency in English required
