We are currently looking for an Accounting and finance Analyst to join our Administration and Finance team based in Catania.
What you'll do in a nutshell
The resource, supporting the Administration and Finance Team, will be mainly involved in the following activities:
- drafting of Accounting Prime Entry:
- filing documents of active and passive cycle ;
- processing of monthly reporting
- customer/supplier schedule management
- administrative correspondence;
- management control (reporting of key business KPIs, monitoring revenues and costs);
- support in tax compliance (on VAT, withholding tax, tax returns, etc);
- Filing of active and passive invoices
- Filling of foreign invoices
- Filling of Accounting Prime Entry
- Accounting entries and budgetary controls
- Support on the preparation of the annual financial statements
- Management of F24 forms model
- Management of withholding taxes
- Preparation of tax obligations (VAT payments, LiPe, 770, etc)

What you'll bring
- Native Italian speaker or similar level
- Fluent English
- Bachelor's degree in business discipline;
- Knowledge of the Teamsystem program
- Knowledge of Italian VAT and tax regulations
- Aptitude for teamwork;
- High knowledge of the Office package;
- Organizational and deadline management skills;
- Attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Spanish language;
- Previous experience in similar activities.
