Program Overview:
The Future Leaders Program is an 18-month internship offering an unparalleled opportunity to gain comprehensive experience across our business.
This program is specifically tailored to nurture leadership and business acumen through:
- Rotational Assignments: Participants will undergo three six-month rotations, allowing them to explore different areas of our business or experience life in various offices.
- Project Leadership: By the end of the internship, you will have the chance to lead your first project, applying what you've learned in a real-world setting.
- Mentorship: Benefit from personalized guidance from our seasoned consultants and senior consultants, providing insights into successful career pathways.
- Accelerated Learning Path: Engage with a curated selection of learning materials designed to expedite your professional growth.

Description of Ideal Candidate
Ideal Candidate. What you'll bring:
- Recent university graduates, with a strong academic record, who are a confluence of global perspectives, analytical minds, and a passion for innovation, and who are eager to fast-track their careers through our internship program.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Design Thinking, or a related field.
- Fluency in English (minimum C1 level).
- Knowledge of other languages (Italian, Portugues, Arabic or French) is a significant advantage.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and a keen interest in business.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable, with a genuine enthusiasm for learning and professional development.
- Participation in extracurricular activities such as innovation competitions, entrepreneurial endeavors, leadership roles in university clubs or societies, and attendance at relevant conferences and workshops.
- Experiences abroad and volunteering are highly valued.
- You must be able to sign an internship contract
- You must have an authorization to work in the applicable country/countries.
