How is the program structured?
Our program is divided into short, focused modules from 3 days to 6 weeks because we know that founders have businesses to run. We want startups to get the resources they need when they need it, not on a schedule convenient to us. In Orbit, startups become permanent members of a community of in-house experts, mentors, founders and corporate partners who help them 1:1 on all facets of growth from fundraising to HR to customer acquisition. Our support never ends.

What are your investment terms?
We take 6% common equity through a Stock Purchase Agreement (SPA) and invest US$180,000, of which US$50K is the program cost, which we pay on the startup’s behalf to the program. The investment can be structured though different models of convertible instruments or by directly participating in an equity round.
