The Commercial Excellence department is at the crossroads of P&G Health's Sales teams. Focused on monitoring sales performance, implementing the best digital/CRM tools and constantly developing the skills of its sales staff, this department aims to grow to serve P&G's strong ambition in the French self-medication markets.

YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO P&G’S SUCCESS:

Reporting to the Sales Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for carrying out missions across the entire scope of the department:

  • by being responsible for ensuring that our CRM and the product, promotional and technical information it contains are correctly configured,
  • by being in direct contact with sales staff to provide technical support on the management tools used by the FDV,
  • by developing new reporting tools to enable simple, relevant analysis of our sales performance indicators,
  • by automatizing current manual data processes and propose data visualization solutions,
  • by analyzing the sales performance of our sales force and proposing recommendations for improvement
  • by designing tools to develop the knowledge and skills of the sales force: classroom training, field training tools, e-learning.

You will work in a team of 5 people on a national scope of activity. The Sales Excellence Department reports to the Pharmaceutical Sales Division and works in conjunction with the Trade Marketing Department, the Key Account Sales Department, the National Sales Division and regularly with the Finance, Logistics and Regulatory/Medical Departments.

YOU ARE THE RIGHT FIT IF YOU ARE/HAVE:

  • You're studying computer science, engineering or business.
  • You enjoy leading projects and have a strong determination to get things done to achieve your goals.
  • You're at ease with technical/IT issues, but also understand commercial/business issues.
  • You have good interpersonal skills and enjoy working as part of a team.
  • You are autonomous, rigorous and have good organizational skills.
  • You speak French fluently and have a good level of English.
  • You are familiar with Excel, PowerPoint and, if possible, Power BI and/or Knime.
  • This is not compulsory, but a first experience of Salesforce would be highly appreciated.
