Join us in the later stage of our new Learning Management System rollout. Your role will be key in the successful completion of one of our Group flagship projects of 2025-2026. Working closely with our Snr and Jnr Digital Architects, you will be contributing to the meaningful upskilling and professionalisation of our workforce, impacting business across the continent.
Your Tasks
- Support in the rollout and customisation of our new international Learning Management System (LMS).
- Assist and consult in the rollout of various PHOENIX group Academies such as LEAN, Sales, Leadership, Data, and AI.
- Lead the data migration process with our project stakeholders.
- Develop and apply project management skills in collaboration with corporate HR toward local HR stakeholders and businesses.
- Provide backend business support for our local stakeholders in relation to the LMS.
- Additional project opportunities in international programme rollout, learning strategy, and consultancy planning based on applicant interest.

Your Profile
- Currently pursuing studies in Human Resource Management, Development-related fields, Data Management, or a comparable qualification.
- Maintain high levels of organization and attention to detail.
- You are able to work independently and are detailed oriented.
- Full proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
