About The Role:
CloudRock Partners is currently recruiting for a PMO Associate to support with project delivery support & central PMO administrative tasks. You will work within a fast paced, deadline driven environment where a keen eye for detail is essential. You will play a key role in shaping and supporting the PMO function within a project delivery framework and supporting huge company growth at CloudRock.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Support the Project Managers on all areas of their project administration
- Status Reporting
- Project Plan management
- Resource plan review and allocations
- RAID Log management
- Project Governance administration and policing
- Project closure activities including lessons learned capture
- Project Document Management
- Project financial administration and reporting
- Facilitation of overall team co-ordination and communication inc team onboarding and offboarding
- Support the Central PMO team
- Portfolio wide reporting
- Resource management
- Time Tracking and Reporting
- Portfolio Management Tool set up and management

Necessary Skills/Competencies
- Excellent spoken and written English and a great communicator
- 12-18 months PMO administration experience or equivalent
- Intermediate to advanced user of Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
- Extremely proactive individual that can use own initiative well
- Ability to function in a fast paced, constantly changing environment
Desirable Skills
- Previous Project Administration exposure is advantageous
