Your mission:  Our Regulatory Compliance Advisory Services (RCAS) department continues to grow, and we are looking for people who want to work in a dynamic and exciting environment.

Licensing, Risk Management, Outsourcing, Anti-Money Laundering, Digital Operational Resilience, Sustainable Finance (ESG) - these are just some of the many topics that we come across in the RCAS department on a daily basis. Due to fast evolving business & technological needs, the supranational and national bodies have imposed ever more regulatory initiatives on the financial industry. This poses a significant challenge to our clients in the Banking, Asset & Wealth Management and Insurance sectors, as they must cope with this new influx of requirements.

Against this background, we develop strategies for our clients to transform regulatory compliance obligations into competitive advantages, thereby instilling confidence in their regulatory responses. This is done by building business resilience and embedding regulatory requirements into their operating models in the areas of processes, governance, technology and data management.

This changing world of regulations requires a diligent team that is always able to understand new developments in that field. It is in this context that we are reaching out to you!

Be a part of our team where you will:

  • support our clients to identify and to resolve important issues related to operational business, regulatory and compliance matters;

  • support the team in analysing existing business processes and business models from a regulatory perspective to ensure not only compliance, but also operational efficiency of the business, always critically thinking about the associated business imperatives;

  • support the team in designing target operating models and subsequently implement business processes required by regulatory changes, ensuring integration with existing processes or IT requirements;

  • be part of a project team that provides advisory services to our clients in the fields of strategic decision making and data analytics, regulatory- & business consulting, project management and implementation (operational tasks, process design & implementation);

  • support your team in their daily work for the client, e.g. preparing deliverables for the client;

  • assist your team in conducting research on key regulatory topics and prepare documents and presentations e.g. service proposals or external training;

  • help the team to develop work plans for components of client engagements, such as service proposals or external trainings;

  • develop expertise regarding the regulatory framework in the respective industry you are working in (Banking, Asset & Wealth Management, Insurance), and in this context contribute to the development of your own and the team's technical knowledge;

  • keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues;

  • take charge of your own relationships with stakeholders, be it the internal PwC network or external client relationships.
