Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Individuals shall share a collaborative spirit and positive attitude, be organized with attention to scheduling requirements, and have a good understanding of time management.

  • Documenting projects for construction and permitting.

  • Assisting with conceptual design, construction documents, material research, code analysis, and preliminary specifications.

  • Communicating with other team members and consultants to ensure coordination of project documents.

  • Attending project team meetings.

  • Preparing and developing design imagery for presentation materials.

  • Project procedure scheduling and logistical organization.

  • Composes and distributes professional correspondence using individual initiative and as assigned.

  • Presentational development of proposals, designs, sketches, and technical documentation for clients.

  • Establishment & assembly of drawing sets and company drawing standards.

  • Works closely and effectively with leadership to keep informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.

  • Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with sensitive client information.

  • Project time tracking using Resource Management by Smartsheet.

  • Other related duties as assigned.

Description of Ideal Candidate

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited architecture program or foreign equivalent.

  • Prior role as a Design Architect or Architectural Intern in a fast-paced, international setting.

  • Excellent aesthetic sensibilities, design, and technical.

  • Strong writing and presentation skills; ability to draft graphically appealing presentation documents.

  • Create project support and analysis, presentations, reporting, and industry research.

  • Advanced proficiency in 3D Modelling using Rhinoceros and Grasshopper.

  • Proficient in rendering tools like V-ray, Twin Motion, Escape, and Lumion.

  • Knowledge of 2D drawing in AutoCAD

  • Strong experience with Revit software is a plus.

  • Passionate about design and how this strategically impacts on user’s experience, product development, technology innovation, brand building, and overall value creation for the client.

  • Outstanding graphic design sensibility.

  • Highly motivated in innovative, elegant, and creative architecture

  • Fluent in English. Portuguese, Spanish, and Italian are a plus.

  • All candidates must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

Proficiency in the below software is required:

  • Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

  • AutoCAD

  • Rhino

  • Revit 

  • Vray or any real-time renders software (Enscape, Twinmotion, Lumion), and Unreal are a plus.
