Job Summary:
Pininfarina of America is looking for a talented and ambitious Junior Marketing Associate to join our Miami office. The ideal candidate must have robust design knowledge, brand sensitivity, excellent graphics, and polished visualization skills. As a Jr. Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Marketing dept. in the implementation of all marketing activities, working closely with customers to increase brand awareness, develop joint marketing and communication tools, supervise the correct implementation of the brand marketing guideline, and significantly contribute to content creation and effective storytelling, particularly with social media. This position will be under the supervision of the Marketing and Communication Coordinator, working closely with the General Manager. This position will be a full-time, in-person work model, with hours from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Develop a social media strategy across multiple channels and populate the content calendar.

Collaborate with other creative groups such as visual and sales to drive lead-generation campaigns that convert into revenue.

Daily management of the social media accounts and monitoring of social analytics, online campaigns, and overall digital presence of the organization.

Research social media trends, industry news, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth and engagement.

Keep organized records of marketing materials as well as KPIs and results of each activity and campaign.

Support the internal team in the creation of reports, presentations, and other marketing and communication materials for clients.

Support the organization of corporate events, including seminars, training, workshops, masterclasses, company events, and similar.

Building relationships with customers and external vendors.

Upon request, complete daily tasks to support the Marketing & Communication department’s activity daily.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven work experience as a Marketing Associate, Marketing Assistant, or similar role.

Familiar and relevant experience in the luxury and exclusive brands segment.

Expertise in social media management and digital content strategies.

Solid IT skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and other graphic software.

Strong graphics and visualization skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

A friendly and energetic personality with a customer-centric approach.

Strong organizational skills and diligence.

Ability to perform under pressure and address requests promptly.
