As we continue to grow and expand in the HR space, we are seeking dedicated and motivated graduate trainees to join our team for a one-year program. This program is designed to help develop young graduates into experts. Through hands-on experience and tailored training, you'll build essential skills, gain in-depth knowledge across key functions. 

Upon the successful completion of this program, you'll be equipped with the expertise and confidence to excel in the Human Resource field, positioning yourself as an asset and paving the way for a successful career. 

 

What you will learn 

  • An Indepth understanding of the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires. 
  • Gain exposure to Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and learn about effective recruitment and retainment strategies. 
  • Creating and delivering training programs, while learning about training design, development, and execution. 
  • The principles of performance management by supporting goal setting, conducting evaluations, and understanding performance review processes. 
  • HR policy development and documentation procedures to ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards. 
  • Managing employee records, handling HR documentation, and maintaining data accuracy. 
  • Conducting thorough background checks and employee verifications to support recruitment and compliance efforts. 
  • Understand various employee verification processes across services offered by the company. 
  • Participate in HR consulting projects, learning how to address client needs and develop tailored HR solutions. 
  • Contribute to projects focused on employee engagement, learning strategies for creating positive work environments and reducing turnover. 
  • Gain insights into organizational development practices and their role in building inclusive and productive workplaces. 
  • Develop skills in HR data analysis to support decision-making and improve processes. 
  • Learn to track workforce metrics, identify trends, and provide recommendations for process enhancements.

Description of Ideal Candidate

You’re an Ideal Candidate if you have:  

  • 0 – 1 year experience in any field. 
  • A bachelor's degree in Human resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. 
  • A strong desire to learn and grow in the HR field. 
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. 
  • The ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate a proactive approach. 
  • Basic understanding of HR principles is an advantage, but not required. 
  • Unique and innovative perspectives with a drive for excellence.
