Overview

Our mission has started. We are starting our own battery cell production in Battery Valley in Salzgitter and ramping up our headquarters for global cell production. The Strategy department is responsible for the development and implementation of the global PowerCo strategy. Responsibilities range from strategy development, market intelligence and business development to strategic partner management.

Headquartered in Germany, we are currently ramping up gigafactories in Salzgitter, Valencia and St. Thomas in Canada with a total volume of up to 200 GWh. We are integrating the entire value chain and building a supply chain as local as possible. With that we are driving the development of a strong, sustainable battery industry in Europe and North America.

Description of Ideal Candidate

What you need for our CELLebration

Bachelor's or Master's degree in the field of business administration/industrial engineering/business informatics/business law
fluent in German, good English skills
First internships in a strategy consultancy, auditing firm (Big4) or a comparable corporate position
Structured way of working and good communication skills

What else can you bring

First practical experience in the automotive or battery industry
High level of self-motivation and willingness to learn
Interest in on-site work in Braunschweig/Salzgitter
