Overview

PowerCo was founded in 2022 to become a global battery champion. Headquartered in Germany, we are currently ramping up gigafactories in Salzgitter, Valencia and St. Thomas in Canada with a total volume of up to 200 GWh. We are integrating the entire value chain and building a supply chain as local as possible. With that we are driving the development of a strong, sustainable battery industry in Europe and North America.

The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of Human Resources are varied. HR takes care of optimal process planning around the employee life cycle. This enables the company to systematically use the skills of its employees to achieve its mission and vision. The sub-disciplines of Human Resources are e.g. planning, recruiting, retention, health & addiction counseling and the targeted deployment of employees in all areas.

How you will CELLebrate

  • Clarify PowerCo process quality standards
  • Support the setup of a Process Management project, incl milestone plan and reporting
  • Support the planning of a workshop series to clarify and document HR processes
  • Support the definition and documentation of HR business processes and Key Performance Indicators in Signavio
  • Ensure HR process documentation to quality standards
  • Collaborate with stakeholder within and outside of HR
  • Prepare project reporting to HR Management and Quality

What you need for our CELLebration

  • Sound knowledge or particular interest of the Human Resource function
  • Interest in battery technology and future of mobility
  • Structured way of working and good communication skills
  • High motivation, initiative and willingness to learn
  • Interest in on-site work in Salzgitter
  • Bachelor student in the field of business administration, business informatics, or a related field
  • Fluent in German and English
