Your mission: You will be part of the Parter Office Team, our role is to serve the Leadership team and the partners (nearly 200) who count on our proactivity and the quality of our service. We oversee all aspects of the professional life of a partner from the admission to the leave. You will work closely with the secretariat of the Managing Partner.

Versatile and proactive by nature, you like things to be done well and on time. You are curious and open-minded, enjoy learning new things every day and conscious that your daily work will evolve with your ambitions. 

Be a part of our team where you will:

  • Perform a variety of duties and learn how to use the many tools which will be made available to you;
  • Supporting in priority our Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner in her day-to-day administrative and organisational duties (e.g. meetings organisation, documents production, business trips organisation...)
  • Support further our Partner Office Team in their projects (e.g. events organisation, documents production, administrative...)

Let’s talk about you. If you...

  • Are studying for a secretarial degree (e.g. BTS) or are about to graduate with such a degree and you would like to work in a vibrant, multicultural environment;
  • Are computer literate and have a working knowledge of the MS Office suite (Google environment a plus);
  • Have good writing and verbal skills in both French and English (at least native in one of both), which are commonly used within our firm on a day-to-day basis;
  • Are service oriented and have excellent people skills.
