Your mission
PwC’s Academy leverages PwC’s expertise to provide organizations across sectors and geographies with premium learning experiences.
Our goal is to help develop the knowledge, skills, competences and expertise of people; to help organizations grow and retain their talents. We implement vocational training best practices that privilege quality, efficiency and innovation, and remain continuously attentive to the needs of our clients. Administration of the PwC’s Academy’s website and related content in the Academy’s Learning Management System(LMS).

Support the production of distinctive and engaging digital courses.

Support users on learning platform access, certificates, and reporting matters.

Support the administration of existing digital learning solutions in the LMS.

Design the PwC’s Academy’s digital marketing materials for various channels (newsletters, press, LinkedIn …) in coordination with PwC’s Marketing and Communication team.

Assist digital imagery, video and sound editing related to the digital learning solutions and marketing material.

You hold a diploma in learning design or similar sciences and are familiar with digital learning development.

You have practical experience of Articulate 360 or similar development software.

You have advanced graphic design skills and enjoy conveying complex ideas through visuals.

You put yourself in the shoes of the audience when developing content.

You are a team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

You are curious, eager to learn, rigorous, detailed orientated and organized.

You demonstrate the ability to execute precise instructions and prioritize your work.

You are a problem solver, adaptable and flexible.

You are proficient in the Microsoft Office suite and ideally have practical working experience with ERPs and learning management systems.

You have excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and French. German/Luxembourgish proficiency is an asset.
