Join us as a Customer Insights Intern to help shape Qonto's understanding of our customers and market opportunities. You'll be part of our newly formed Customer Insights team, working directly with Voice of Customer experts to transform data into actionable insights that drive product and marketing decisions.
Working closely with Sara, our Voice of Customer expert, and under the leadership of Olga Arsenii, you'll help revolutionize how we collect, analyze, and leverage customer feedback to fuel Qonto's growth.
As a Customer Insights Intern at Qonto, you will:
- Dive deep into our data lakes to analyze customer feedback and identify market growth opportunities
- Revamp and optimize our NPS surveys and customer feedback collection methods
- Create monthly analyses and quarterly insights reports that drive strategic decisions
- Support the integration of new customer support data sources
- Assist in research project management and coordination with external agencies
- Transform raw data into compelling stories and presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to measure the impact of product and marketing initiatives

About You
- Educational Background: Currently in your second year of a Master's degree,
- Previous Experience: At least one internship, ideally in a marketing agency or customer insights team
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis, comfortable with handling large datasets
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to transform complex data into meaningful insights and compelling presentations
- Curiosity & Learning Attitude: Open-minded approach and eagerness to learn new methodologies and tools
- Language Skills: You’re comfortable working in English, French is a plus
