The General Business Graduate Programme will give you the opportunity to understand how such a company works and provide you with a solid basis for your future career. During the four assignments, you will get to know the various departments and aspects involved in our value chain.

You can choose four assignments within the following divisions:

Project Management
Communications and Events
Regulatory Affairs
Compliance
Lean Transformation
Back Office, which covers the agreement and settlement of all trading deals

Learning, support and development

No matter which path you choose, we will supervise and support you in the most demanding and exciting projects. The graduate programme is a mixture of online learning, face-to-face workshops and technical practical seminars. With the help of industry experts, a former graduate as a sponsor and a senior mentor, you will get to know the inner workings of the company and always have an expert contact partner on hand.

Your sponsor will be there for you from day one so that you feel well looked-after – right from the outset.

In addition to an extensive career development programme, networking events give you the opportunity to get to know senior management and members of the Management Board.
