Job description
The Digital Experience UX & Personalization trainee will join the Digital Experience team to support CRO activities. The trainee will be responsible for analyzing customer journeys with data insights and tools to track users, suggesting ideas for new business opportunities and AB testing, and assisting with the creation of web and app content for target markets.
The candidate must have an analytical mindset, be curious, highly organized, think outside the box, and have web design skills. Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint skills are also necessary. CSS/HTML knowledge nice to have. Please note the successful trainee must be enrolled in a school program to be eligible for the internship.
DURATION: 6 months, starting as soon as possible.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design A/B tests (Qubit)
- Create personalized content for target markets in web and app via the CMS (SDL Tridion)
- Analyse the web and app data to look for business opportunities (Adobe Analytics)
- Analyse user sessions to understand the online behavior (Quantum Metric)
- Create reports in Excel and PowerPoint to visualize data
- Communicate data insights to the different stakeholders
- Analyse feeder markets trends, contextual information, and forecast the demand to create targeted campaigns
