Do you want to help us to plan and manage immersive content-experiences across different sectors, such as our gastronomy, retail and event teams? At Red Bull, digital transformation goes beyond stores and physical events - we use Digital Signage products to create impactful content experiences and consumer interactions at the point of sale.

Details

In this role, you'll help manage immersive content experiences on a global scale and support countries in empowering our sales teams through retail media and point of sale digitisation. You'll work with stakeholders on digital signage projects and events to achieve various activation goals and continuously improve our communication with our audiences whenever and wherever possible. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills while playing a key role in exciting digital projects!

RESPONSIBILITIES

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

  • Platform migration & testing: To ensure the long-term success of our solutions, we strive for excellence in our products. In this role, you'll support the Digital Poster Content team in testing the new web platform. You'll play a key role in verifying that all features and functionalities are working correctly and that the entire content library is accurately displayed and well maintained.
  • Content support: As part of the content team, you'll be the first line of support for all digital signage content issues. You'll help manage rollouts and ensure everything runs smoothly. To excel in this role, you'll need to have a strong understanding of Red Bull's existing content, tools and systems, as well as good technical skills to ensure seamless content delivery.
  • Content management: You'll work closely with various stakeholders to create and enhance placements with immersive content experiences. As different stakeholders have unique content planning requirements, understanding their specific needs will be essential. Your responsibilities will include tasks such as sourcing content, preparing collections and managing the end-to-end scheduling of screens.
  • Internal communication: You'll support the content team by sharing updates and maintaining the internal communications platform, ensuring that all training materials and displayed information are accurate and up to date.

Description of Ideal Candidate

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

  • Recently or about to be graduated with a degree in business administration, media or related fields
  • Fluency in English
  • Ideally previous experience in event/project management or media related role
  • Previous knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud or other graphic design tools would be an advantage
  • Passion for content, technology and innovation
  • Effective communication skills
  • Independent, efficient and structured working
  • Ability to pay attention to detail while keeping an eye on the big picture
  • Team player with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
