Tasks
- Assist the BENELUX Recruitment team by sourcing and screening candidates both graduates and professional candidates in IT, Digital Services and Business Consulting
- Participate in university careers fairs and other graduate recruiting events to attract top graduates from these universities
- Support the team in organizing numerous recruitment events across Belgium and Luxembourg
- Work on a variety of global recruiting projects to enhance the team’s effectiveness and improve our various external events
- Reporting of recruiting KPIs

Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business, Economics or any other relevant fields of study
- You have a passion for attracting and sourcing talent, taking inspiration from the latest trends in recruiting
- A sound knowledge of the MS office suite
- You are a goal-oriented individual, focused on delivering high-quality recruiting results
- You can demonstrate excellent communication skills coupled with a friendly phone manner
