About the Rev-celerator Internship programme
If you’re in your penultimate year of study, this one’s for you. You’ll work with us for 3 months and get to know everything we do.
First, kick off with a few weeks of bootcamp, where we’ll prepare you to jump into work at Revolut with workshops, lectures, and practical exercises to develop your skills. After a successful preparation, we’ll launch you into on-the-job training. At this stage, you’ll be face-to-face with tough challenges, problem-solving, and tasks to own.

What you’ll be doing
- Working to optimise product and onboarding flows to enhance customer experience
- Researching and proposing new features to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Helping manage vendor relationships and contributing to the development of performance tracking systems
- Developing strategic supply chain partnerships and participating in deal-making
- Contributing to feature development efforts that are vital to delivering the best possible experience to Revolut customers
- Learning from industry leaders and participating in weekly meetings to stay aligned with team priorities
- Managing project tasks, tracking progress, and communicating key outcomes
- Sharing updates about your work with our diverse global teams
- Attending regular performance reviews to receive feedback and guide your development

What you'll need
- To currently be in penultimate year of a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, such as business, economics, computer science, or engineering
- A track record of taking ownership and leading projects (at university or non-profit activities)
- Passion for working with data
- Natural curiosity and desire to make an impact
- An interest in the financial industry
- A proactive attitude
- Love for problem-solving
- Fluency in English
- Fast learning skills with a determined and goal-oriented personality
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- To feel comfortable working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- To be able to travel to a Revolut office in your country of employment (hybrid working)
- Full-time availability for the programme (summer 2025)
