We are responsible for the strategic development of the Home of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars in Goodwood. Rolls-Royce has acquired land to the east of the existing site to expand, modernise and upgrade its facilities, primarily to further increase its Bespoke capacity and capabilities.
Working within the Project Management Office you will support key processes such as Change Management, Risk Management, Scheduling and Reporting that are critical to the success of the project.

- Support, coordination and management of specific daily tasks within the project office.
- Continuous improvement and development of policies, processes and project rules.
- Leadership of specific longer-term projects as part of the overall programme.
- Planning of project workshops, team building events and site visits.
- Project communications, including internal website and regular briefings.

Qualifications and Experience
- Studying towards a bachelor’s degree – Preferably in Engineering, Construction, Business, Project Management or similar.
- Strong PC skills and a good working knowledge of MS Office.
- Proactive, curious and high levels of attention to detail.
