As Europe’s largest and favourite airline we fly alot of people to alot of places and it really helps if we understand our guests and why they choose to fly Ryanair. To acheive this we want to find the right candidates from all across our network to join the Ryanair Graduate Programme and help us understand why our Spanish call centres might not be as busy during ‘Siesta’ or why less people travel on Tuesday the 13th.
By joining one of the Ryanair Graduate programmes, it not only means joining Europe’s Largest Airline Group but will give you the opportunity to learn from some of the most commercially astute, financially minded, and creative minds in the airline industry and you will forge relationships for life.
Our unique programmes offer you to chance to rotate through a number of key business areas in your chosen programme, will get continued mentorship from our senior leadership team, be brought on a number of trips around the network to better understand Ryanair and it’s operations and some well-deserved nights out

All our Grad programmes as based in Dublin for at least the first 6 months and depending on the programme you choose, you will complete a number of rotations across your chosen business areas giving you the experience you need to step into a senior role once the programme ends.
The Application Process:
- What you need to get in – You will need to be on track to achieve a minimum of 2.1 and have excelled in your degree course. We want inspirational graduates who have a story to tell and who have strong outside interests. Cultural fit at Ryanair is just as important as academics.
- Application process – Application will remain open until 31st January 2025 But we recommend getting your application in earlier as like our aircraft we like to be on-time! Everyone we hire at Ryanair needs to show the skills and behaviours that have helped us to achieve our growth over the last 40+ years and we expect candidates to demonstrate a hardworking and entrepreneurial spirit during the interview process, which will include a mandatory face to face interview.

Requirements
- Studies in a relevant degree programme and either secured a 2.1 or above or be on track to
- Must of graduated/ finished university no earlier than 2023
- Hold the unrestricted right to live and work in Ireland and travel freely throughout the network.
- Strong analytical ability to drive efficiency, quality and continuous improvements
- Ability to work in a pressurised and fast paced environment
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work on own initiative
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- PC Skills (Word, Excel, Power point etc)
- Good sense of humour and doesn’t take themselves too seriously!!!!
