Responsibilities and Impact:

Maintain Documentation: Organize and maintain research documentation, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for future reference.

Content Creation: Develop internal communications materials, including newsletters, presentations, and reports to keep staff informed about changes and updates.

Stakeholder Engagement: Assist in identifying key stakeholders and help in crafting tailored messages to address their concerns and expectations.

Research and Analysis: Conduct research on best practices in change management and communication strategies to support ongoing projects.

Event Coordination: Help plan and organize workshops or training sessions related to OCM initiatives.

Basic Required Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; with an anticipated graduation date in Fall 2025 or Spring 2026

Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS, or similar).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Familiarity with customer research methodologies is a plus.
-
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $25 to $30. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.
This role is not eligible for additional compensation such as an annual incentive bonus or sales commission plan.
