SEEKA Technologies (Not Seeka Limited) is a project under its parent organization called Fresh Futures Australia which is an education consultant based in both Australia and Malaysia. It will be a huge platform that utilises A.I. to help match students and job seekers to the right opportunities relevant to them from Primary/Grade school to University level as well as language schools and job opportunities. Our mission is to make it easier for anyone to find, filter and apply to different schools or educational institutions that suit them best as well as make the transition from studies to work more seamless.

Job Description

  • Assist in gathering and analyzing data related to educational programs, student performance, and institutional effectiveness.
  • Conduct research on educational trends, policies, and best practices in the education technology indusry
  • Analyzing, creating and designing new ideas that can be implemented into the product
  • Collaborate with consultants to identify client needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Participate in client meetings and contribute to discussions with data-driven insights.
  • Help design and implement surveys, focus groups, and other data collection methods.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of tasks and milestones.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of consulting methodologies and processes.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Administration, Marketing, Psychology and any other relevant field
  • Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact in the field.
