YOUR TEAM
As an Omni Buying Intern you will become a part of the Omnichannel Buying team, which is a closeknit team of colleagues with the responsibility for ensuring the right assortment for all own sales channels such as retail and e-commerce. As a result, we collaborate closely across our entire business – from Design and Buying to E-commerce operations, Sales and Retail.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be introduced and involved in the department’s daily operations, and you will from the beginning be given different responsibilities that are vital to the department, depending on your field of interest.
As part of the team, you’ll contribute to managing product assortments for e-commerce and retail platforms, collaborating on product development and collection selection, ensuring timely deliveries, and closely monitoring category performance. Your role will also involve trading across platforms like Zalando, optimizing product packages, managing NOOS (Never Out Of Stock) replenishment, and providing valuable insights to the marketing team for future seasonal planning.
Your tasks could include:
- Analyzing performance data and optimize assortments to drive sales.
- Manage product replenishment and NOOS stock across channels.
- Collaborate with e-commerce trading and partner platforms.
- Supporting in-season product development and order placement.
- Ensuring close dialogue with our retail stores to collect feedback and ensure the optimal product flow.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
You’re a data enthusiast with a passion for performance and optimization. Whether you’re an introvert or extrovert, you’re comfortable collaborating with others and enjoy diving into both operational and strategic tasks. You have an interest in fashion and a flair for trends combined with a sound business understanding. You are a skilled communicator, and you communicate in a clear and understandable manner with the recipient in mind. In addition, we are looking for the following specific qualifications:
- Enrolled in the Commercial & Retail Management (CMR) program or a related field.
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office, knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
- Comfortable working in English (Danish is not required).
