Details
We are looking for a Sales Intern to join our Artist Success department as soon as possible. This team focuses on our keeping our artists happy, help them manage their careers and scale their business. In this role, you’ll re-engage artists and drive upgrades, playing a pivotal part in their success—and ours.
What you’ll be doing

Bring Artists Back: Proactively reach out to artists at risk of churn (e.g., incomplete onboarding or recent cancellations) to re-engage them and help them find value in our platform.

Spot Growth Opportunities: Proactively reach out to artists to introduce upgrades and upselling opportunities, demonstrating how they align with artists’ goals.

Follow Up Strategy: Stay on top of follow-ups to ensure artists feel supported and engaged every step of the way. Your persistence and organization will make all the difference.

Founded in 2017, SINGULART is an online art & design gallery dedicated to helping artists and designers take on the international barriers of the art market. Today, our team is composed of 85 people and 24 different nationalities !
In November 2021, we secured a €60 million SERIES B fundraising, the most successful in the history of the cultural sector! What a journey in only 6 years and with so many more challenges to come! On a daily basis, we work hard to strengthen our mission: empowering artists and designers and connecting them to art lovers around the world!

Sales Mindset: You’re not afraid to pitch, upsell, and close—always with the artist’s success in mind.

People-First Approach: You know how to build trust over the phone and via email, balancing confidence with empathy.

Organizational Skills: You excel at managing follow-ups and keeping track of multiple artist interactions.

Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools and email outreach platforms is a big plus.
Your background

Fluency in English and ideally both Spanish and Italian

Studies in communication, business or similar

No knowledge in art required, but appreciated
