Overview

Here at SKOV, we’re ramping up our focus on integrating users’ feedback into our product development. Are you looking for an opportunity to use your knowledge and skills to discover how users interact with products and make a real difference for farmers around the world?

Details

That is why we need your help learning from our users what we could do better and what they already like. We imagine this position will involve you helping the UXR-team with: 

  • Competitor analysis. 
  • Designing and facilitating prototype testing. 
  • User interviews. 
  • Coming up with ideas on how we can improve our user experience. 
  • Deliver presentations and insights that summarize findings.  

Your challenge will be to quickly get an overview of the applications we are exploring and help us to mature our research framework. 
Most of your time will be spent conducting user studies on future applications. 

THE TOOLS 

At SKOV, we use DoveTails for our research repository and Miro for co-creation. It is not necessary to know any of these tools, as we will guide and teach if needed. 

THE TEAM   

As our UX Research intern, you join a cross-disciplinary team which brings together UX professionals from across the organization. 

You will have a UX research mentor from day one who will focus on making your internship interesting and rewarding through a well-structured stay.

YOUR PROFILE 

We are looking for a UX Research intern who can help with all this and help us mature our research framework and guide product initiatives.  

  • A student (or advanced undergraduate) within engineering psychology, information studies or similar cross-disciplinary field.  
  • Fluent in English, both in written and verbally. 
  • Experience conducting user tests or experiments using qualitative and quantitative methodologies. 
  • A critical thinker.
