Job description
As the main contact person for the International SamBoat owners, your tasks will be to:
- Advise and support them by telephone in their use of the site, both by responding to incoming requests and by proactively calling them
- Ensure that requests received by email are processed quickly and efficiently
- Identify and search for new boat owners
- Insure quality of boats listed
- Make them FANS of the SamBoat site
You are involved in the development of SamBoat with a unique obsession with the customer experience
