Job description
We are looking for a talent and a motivated Business Developer to join our team. The person will be responsible for making business related calls and follow up with the prospects and the clients, offering them our services.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting and contacting clients to introduce the company’s services.
- Organizing first face-to-face & call meetings with new clients to find out more about their business needs (terms of business, handling any objections, managing expectations).
- Building relationships and collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and team goals.

Requirements
- Advanced level in English and Spanish. Knowledge of a further language is a plus.
- You love to communicate with new people and have no issues making cold calls and reaching out to the prospects and follow up when needed.
- You have a good communication skill, are a good listener and can adapt yourself according to the client needs.
- You are goal focused and have ability to meet the targets and respond to the changing demands of the market.
- Experience with sales or marketing is a plus but not a requirement. What we value more is enthusiasm in learning and someone who enjoys communicating with other people.
