We work with some of the coolest start-ups, scale-ups and publicly listed companies in the world, and help their employees relocate in a hassle-free way through our platform and amazing client success team. We are now ready to scale up our product operations and expand our presence across borders and are looking for a Client Success Intern to join us on our mission.

Your role

At Settly, we believe having a community is very important for anyone moving to a new country. In this internship, you'll learn all about helping international newcomers feel at home, away from home. You’ll be part of our rapidly growing client success team and learn to help users of our platform during their relocation and soft landing adventure. You'll be supporting in the entire process from scheduling a welcome call to answering any questions they may have about living in The Netherlands. You'll help out organising bank and municipality appointments and connect them with the relevant resources, communities and information at the right time.

We're looking for someone who is keen to learn and as part of this role, you'll also help out with content creation, organisation of events (virtual and live) and perhaps most importantly keep our communities engaged. You'll learn all about delivering a great client experience and be part of a rapidly growing start-up. Long story short, there’s enough to learn and you won’t be bored :) 

What you will be doing

• Own the end-to-end relocation and soft landing process;

• Understand the relocation and mobility landscape in the world today;

• Learn to deliver excellent client service;

• Management of BSN, bank, and housing appointments;

• Vendor management, eg the IND, housing, school search, pet relocation and moving;

• Understanding the billing process;

• Develop comprehensive knowledge of immigration and compliance management. 

The biggest challenge in this role? We are resourceful, value driven and ambitious. So we have to be lean and creative in everything we do. We want to grow fast and scale across multiple countries whilst maintaining a top notch client experience of 9 out of 10. Are you up for the challenge?
