Role Summary:

This internship offers an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and detail-oriented student to gain practical experience within our Talent Acquisition team. The Talent Acquisition & Hiring Excellence Intern will contribute to key projects focused on enhancing our hiring processes, strengthening our employer brand, and optimizing our recruitment operations. This role will involve supporting interview enablement initiatives, contributing to employer branding strategies, assisting with process improvements, providing operational support in sourcing and candidate management, and working on our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Interview Strategy: Assist us in designing and conducting training sessions to enhance our managers' interviewing skills.

  • Employer Branding: Develop creative ideas to optimize our employer brand across various platforms.

  • Process Optimization: Help us streamline our recruiting processes to improve efficiency and the candidate experience.

  • Recruiting Operations: Support the Talent Acquisition team with candidate sourcing, screening, and application management.

  • ATS Management: Work on optimizing our Applicant Tracking System for better documentation, workflows, and reporting.

Description of Ideal Candidate

Your Profile:

  • You are a registered student (Bachelor/Master) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

  • You have an interest in talent acquisition, employer branding, and process optimization.

  • You possess strong analytical and organizational skills.

  • You are proactive, self-motivated, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.

  • You have good English skills; additional language skills are a plus.

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.
